The GG-12 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management positions. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of a wide range of security specialties, concepts, principles, criteria, requirements, technology, and practices. 2. Knowledge of the intelligence enterprise to support and promote information sharing and strategies. 3. Knowledge of required security training concepts, programs, procedures, and practices to assist managers in establishing and operating internal security programs. 4. Skill in the use of analytical principles, practices, and techniques to review and evaluate security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the organization. 5. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately. 6. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
