Programming Team Lead - Contingent Upon Award

Experience & Education
The Programming Team Lead must have a Bachelor's degree in one of the seven (7) following areas:
(a) Electrical, Mechanical, Structural or Civil Engineering from a program certified by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
(b) Architecture from a program certified by the National Architecture Accrediting Board.
(c) Construction Management from a program certified by the American Council For Construction Education
(d) Planning from a program certified by the Planning Accreditation Board.
The Programming Team Lead shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Air Force planning and programming.
Must have a Final Secret clearance at time of hire.
Additional experience/education may be required by contract and will be listed separately.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions for CONUS locations.
For OVS assignments, may be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure.
Travel
Travel requirements will vary with assignment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
