SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks), or will have one year within 120 days of closing of this announcement of specialized experience at the next lower grade DO-01 (GS-11), or equivalent in other pay systems.
Examples of specialized experience includes experience in providing administrative services including but not limited to administrative support systems such as records, procurements, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation; and experience facilitating formal meetings to include planning itineraries/programs and preparing travel arrangements; and experience with written and oral communications sufficient to prepare and present findings and recommendations, disbursing information on organizational or agency policies, programs, or projects, and liaisoning between all levels of management, outside agencies, private companies, and organizations.

FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible.
One year at the DO-01 (GS-11) level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the DO-02 (GS-12) level.
